promio.net offers you the central creation and management of campaigns in various communication channels. It is possible to link to multiple channels to address customers. Central reporting of the channels and campaign results is also available.
The following channels are available: * E-mail * Add Push * SMS * WhatsApp * Print * Web Push * Voice
The Omnichannel / Multichannel feature must be configured and is not available as standard. If you are interested, please contact our support team via a ticket.
Under Content → Master Templates you can create templates for each communication channel.
If you set up a campaign under Delivery → Drafts, you can select the desired format between the master templates when creating the creative.
