How can I send via multiple communication channels?

promio.net offers you the central creation and management of campaigns in various communication channels. It is possible to link to multiple channels to address customers. Central reporting of the channels and campaign results is also available.

The following channels are available:

  • E-mail
  • Add Push
  • SMS
  • WhatsApp
  • Print
  • Web Push
  • Voice

Add Push Notifications

Add Push Notifications, which are messages that are sent to the screen of the smartphone or tablet via installed apps. They only work with the corresponding app. If no corresponding app is installed on the smartphone or tablet, the user cannot be reached via app push notification.

Web Push Notifications

Web Push Notifications are messages that are delivered to the web browser. The user can be on any website. If the web browser is closed at the time of delivery, the notification will be displayed the next time it is opened.

Web Push Notifications are displayed by the web browser in a small overlay window and contain a heading and body text that can be multiple lines long but is limited to a certain character length (approx. 200 characters). A small image can also be displayed, the dimensions of which can vary from browser to browser.

Using a link that is called when the user clicks on the window with the message, the notification can be formulated as a call to action that leads directly to a suitable landing page on the sender's website.

The Omnichannel feature must be configured and is not available as standard. If you are interested, please contact our support team via a ticket.

How do I select a communication channel?

Under Content → Master Templates, you can create templates for each communication channel.

If you set up a campaign under Delivery → Drafts, you can select the desired format between the master templates when creating the creative.
