Size of attachments (promio.mail.complete)
The maximum size of your mail attachment depends on the number of recipients of your mailings. As a basic rule: the product of recipients and the size of your attachments should not exceed 10 GB.
Examples:

Additionally, the file, which you add to your mail as an attachment, may be at most 3 MB in size.
However, this should only be done in exceptional cases. We recommend that you provide PDFs and other attachments as online downloads and link to these in the email.
If the delivery of an attachment is absolutely necessary, make sure it is as small as possible. Most recipients do not expect large attachments and often react negatively to it (e.g. limited data volumes or restrictions in web clients).
