What information do I get from the job queue?

Under Settings → Job queue, you can find more detailed information about your actions.

Columns

You can use the icon to show or hide columns.

You can use the symbol to search for jobs specifically, e.g., by time, type, or a specific client. You can also combine them, e.g., all imports in a specific period.

Log file

If you click on a job, you will receive the corresponding log file.

Status

The status shows you the current processing status of a process.

  • Finished: The job has been completed successfully.
  • Cancelled: The job has been cancelled.
  • Failed: The job has caused an error.
  • Locked: This job is locked and cannot be viewed.
  • Queued: The job is still in the queue.
  • Running: The job is currently running.

Type

The type shows you what kind of job it is. The following types of jobs are displayed here:

  • Campaign delivery preparations, A/B campaigns, network campaigns, campaigns with filter calculations
  • Target group imports
  • Target group exports
  • Responder target groups
  • Test deliveries
  • Additional deliveries/reminders
  • Network campaign deployments
  • Updating filter results
  • Network campaign target groups

Submitted by

The employee who started the job is displayed here.

Started in client

The client in which the job was started is displayed here. The jobs of any sub-clients that may exist are also listed.

Due at

Shows when a job is due, e.g., when a delivery is scheduled.

Started at

Shows exactly when the job was started.

Finished at

Shows exactly when the job was finished.
