Select the creative into which you want to insert an image under Delivery → Drafts

Now open the image editor.

Click Replace (AI).

A window will now open where you can enter a detailed description of the image you want to create.
Select the style and image format.

You can have further suggestions created by clicking on Generate suggestions again.
If you like the image, you can insert it into your design using Use selection.
