Export: Which specifications has the batch process?

For export, a number of different standard methods is available. Here the following basic options exist:

General Options

Complete / incremental: The complete data record or only the changes of the last period.
Period: daily, weekly, monthly: How often should data be exported?
Append files yes/no: Should a new file be created for each export (with a time stamp in the name) or should an existing file be appended with new data (without a time stamp in the name)
Format: csv- or xml-format
Additional columns (e.g. fields defined by the client)
Time of export (at the hour 0-24)
Weekday of export (period: weekly)
Day of export (period: monthly)
Sendout as e-mail attachment: as a password-encoded ZIP-file, password and e-mail address(es) need to be defined
Compression of files by ZIP
