Automatic export: Type 'Newsletter - monthly report'
A report of response data (opens, clicks) of all newsletters that were delivered is exported.
The following options of this export are obligatory: period = monthly, format = csv.
Filename:
[SENDER-ID]_newsletter_monthly_report_[full|incremental].csv (respectively with individual date suffix)
Example:

- newsletterId [int]: ID of newsletter (promio internal)
- newsletterName: name of newsletter
- newsletterCode: customer code of newsletter
- clientId: ID of client (5-digit code, promio-internal)
- clientName: name of client
- noDeliveries: number of deliveries of newsletter
- noRecipients: number of recipients of newsletter
- avgRecipients: average of sent emails per delivery
- noDelivered: number of delivered emails
- noOpens: opens (brutto)
- openRate: open rate
- noClicks: clicks (brutto)
- clickRate: click rate
