In promio.mail, campaigns can be analyzed at the same time or compared with one another with views. Go to //Campaigns > Sent Campaigns// to create a view. Views are grouped campaigns, which are displayed in one set of statistics. | In promio.connect, you have an opportunity to analyze several campaigns at once or to compare them. |

Here, up to 100 different campaigns can be summarised in one set of statistics. A view is defined through filter criteria, which you can set under “Campaigns sent”. If you are satisfied with the selection of campaigns, click on “Save as view” in the sidebar. | Views are grouped campaigns that are displayed in statistics. Up to 500 different campaigns can be summarized in one statistic. You can create a view under //Reporting -> Views// and define the desired selection of campaigns by specifying filter criteria. |
| |
**Important:** views are essentially dynamic. So, if an additional campaign is sent with the same filter criteria after creating a view, this is automatically added to the view. In this way, you can define a view of all June deliveries on 1 June, for example, and this is automatically updated during the month.

To create a view: | **Important note:** Views are fundamentally dynamic. If, after creating a view, another campaign is sent with the same filter criteria, it is automatically added to the view. In this way, for example, you can define a view of all June mailings on June 1st, which is automatically updated during the month. |
* Campaigns sent: define the desired selection using the search criteria, e.g. all campaigns with the name “Newsletter” within the period 1 January 2012 to 1 March 2012.
* Click on OK and check the result of the filtered list. If this meets your requirements, right-click on “Actions” → “Save as new view” in the sidebar. | ===== Create a temporary view ===== |
* On the next page, you can give the view a name and make additional settings. In addition to the previously specified selection, the dynamic extra filter gives you the option of only showing campaigns from the last full calendar month, or the last full calendar week.
* A client can also be added to the view, and this client is then available under the menu point “External views”. For existing views, this configuration option can be found in the “Further details” area. | Under //reporting -> campaigns//, you can create a temporary view. Please check the boxes of the campaigns that you wish to compare. At the top right, the action "Show temporary view" will appear: |

| This temporary view can also be saved as a permanent view by clicking //Save as view// at the bottom right. |

| ===== Create a view ===== |
| |
| Views are grouped campaigns that are shown together in one statistic. You define the preferred selection of campaigns by choosing filter criteria. |
| |

| Views defined by filters are generally dynamic: If another campaign with the same filter criteria gets delivered after the view was created, this campaign will be included in the view. This way you can create a view for all deliveries in June on June 1st. It will then be updated automatically. |

| |
| When you use user-defined views, not only is the time period selectable, but also parts of the campaign name or code as well as the type of campaign, client, or newsletter. For example, you may view all campaigns with the word „Newsletter“ in their name from 01.01.2020 until 01.03.2020. |

Make sure that the filter settings do not conflict with each other. If a fixed period is selected in the first step, and the “Last full calendar week” filter is selected in the second step, it is possible that no campaigns will be found. | Please note that the filter conditions do not contradict each other. When you select a certain time period in the first step and then choose “last week” in the next one, you might find no campaigns at all. |
