How can I segment the result of my campaign according to recipient characteristics?

In the reporting of a sent campaign, you can create a segment for a creative. The segment is defined on the basis of a selected filter and shows the KPIs for the segment's corresponding part of the target group.

Click on the 3 dots to the right of the creative, which become visible through mouseover.

Click Add segment. Now you can name the segment and select the desired filters. As soon as you click on add segment, the calculation will start.
When this is finished, the segment with the data appears in the reporting below the creative.

The Update all segments action starts an update for all segments contained in the creative. The KPIs for all segments are updated in the process. After the update of each individual segment is complete, you will receive a notification per segment. Depending on the computing time required, notifications can also arrive one after the other a few minutes apart.

You can use the 3 dots to the right of the segment to:

  • Update segment
  • Delete segment
  • Show details

Under Show details, you will find the following information about the created segment:

  • Standard campaigns
  • Auto Campaigns
  • Transaction campaigns (TAM)
  • A/B Campaigns
