This article describes all import and export batch processes of promio.connect. These are no real-time processes, but typically daily, weekly or monthly processes.
For all real-time applications, e.g. address registration, newsletter management, data changes, the promio.connect API is available (Web-API or SOAP).

Each client of promio.mail offers a SFTP account, which can be used for batch processes. Futher details about sftp account you will find here.
