Export: Which specifications has the batch process?

For export, a number of different standard methods is available. Here the following basic options exist:

General Options

  • Complete / incremental: The complete data record or only the changes of the last period.
  • Period: daily, weekly, monthly: How often should data be exported?
  • Append files yes/no: Should a new file be created for each export (with a time stamp in the name) or should an existing file be appended with new data (without a time stamp in the name)
  • Format: csv- or xml-format
  • Additional columns (e.g. fields defined by the client)
  • Time of export (at the hour 0-24)
  • Weekday of export (period: weekly)
  • Day of export (period: monthly)
  • Sendout as e-mail attachment: as a password-encoded ZIP-file, password and e-mail address(es) need to be defined
  • Compression of files by ZIP
