You can utilize the unsubscribe page which is integrated in the system by using the following link: http://system.promio-connect.com/us

For the page to be displayed correctly, your company’s name, impress, and logo have to be registered in the client.

To do so log in tot he client and click the icon on the upper right which says „Settings for the current user or client“. Select “Companies & Clients” and click the button „System page settings“. It is on the right and looks like a webpage. Fill out the displayed form and save your settings.

The system unsubscribe page signs out the user, depending on the campaign from which they unsubscribed, by following this cascade:

• If the campaign belongs to a Newsletter: signing out of the newsletter target group
• If the campaign is assigned a sub-client or company: entry in the corresponding blocklist
• otherwise: entry in the e-mail blacklist
