Under Settings → Job queue you can find more detailed information about your actions.
You can hide or additionally display columns using the symbol.
You can use the symbol to search for jobs specifically, e.g. by time, type or a specific client. You can also combine them, e.g. all imports in a specific period.
If you click on a job, you will receive the corresponding log file.
You can find explanations of an import log file here: “Why are addresses not imported?”
The status shows you the current processing status of a process.
* Finished: The job has been completed successfully
* Cancelled: The job has been cancelled
* Failed: The job has caused an error
* Locked: This job is locked and cannot be viewed
* Queued: The job is still in the queue
* Running: The job is currently running
The type shows you what kind of job it is. The following types of jobs are displayed here:
* Campaign dispatch preparations, A/B campaigns, network campaigns, network AB campaigns, campaigns with filter calculations * Target group imports * Target group exports, order data exports * Upgrade to sender * Responder target groups * Test dispatches * Follow-up/reminders * Network campaign deployments * Reply mail processing * Domain assignments * networkTamCampaignsHandler * Updating filter results * Network campaign target groups
The employee who started the job is displayed here.
The client in which the job was started is displayed here. The jobs of any sub-clients that may exist are also listed.
Shows when a job is due, e.g. when a delivery is scheduled.
Shows exactly when the job was started.
Shows exactly when the job was finished.
