How an address enters the blacklist?
Under Addresses > Lists > Mail blacklist e-mail addresses can be put on the current client’s blacklist (optionally including all sub clients). Use the orange button on the bottom right. Addresses on the blacklist will not receive any mailings from this client anymore
Adding email addresses to the blacklist
Any email address which is to be placed on the blacklist can be entered in the form field. If you place a tick at Also insert into all sub clients, the address will also be added to the blacklist(s) of the sub-client(s).
Research email addresses in the blacklist
To see if an address is already in the blacklist there is a search function.
After your entry a list of all matches in the blacklist is shown. By clicking on one of the addresses, you will see a listing of all sub clients (if existing) containing this address in their blacklist, as well as a history of removed blacklist entries.
E-Mail-Adressen in die Negativliste recherchieren
Für die reine Recherche, ob eine E-Mail-Adresse bereits in der Negativliste enthalten ist, steht eine Suche 
zur Verfügung.
Nach Eingabe wird eine Liste mit allen Treffern in der/den Negativliste/n angezeigt. Durch einen Klick auf die E-Mail-Adresse öffnet sich eine Auflistung, aus der Sie die Untermandanten (sofern vorhanden), die die E-Mail Adresse enthalten, anzeigen lassen können sowie eine Historie entfernter Negativlisten-Einträge.
Removing email addresses from the blacklist
In the listing of found addresses you can remove an e-mail address from the blacklist using the delete button.
When removing a blacklist entry which was added because of a hardbounce, the hardbounce flag also gets removed. This means mailings can now be sent to this address again.
Removed blacklist entries will also be shown is a list when searching for them (and at the bottom of the Mail blacklist page there is a special list of all removed blacklist entries). Again, a reason for the removal from the blacklist is mandatory, and this reason can be read in the listing.
The option to delete blacklist entries is not included in the promio-connect standard set-up and has to be activated separately.
