Under Addresses > Lists > Mail blacklist email addresses can be put on the current client’s blacklist (optionally including all sub-clients). Use the orange button on the bottom right. Addresses on the blacklist will not receive any mailings from this client anymore.
Any email address that is to be inserted into the blacklist can be entered in the form field. If you place a tick at Also insert into all sub clients, the address will also be added to the blacklist(s) of the sub-client(s).
To see if an address is already in the blacklist, there is a search function.
After your entry, a list of all matches in the blacklist is shown. By clicking on one of the addresses, you will see a listing of all sub-clients (if existing) containing this address in their blacklist, as well as a history of removed blacklist entries.
In the listing of found addresses, you can remove an email address from the blacklist using the delete button. Please note the reason why the address should be removed from the blacklist.
Another possibility of deletion is to click on the email address and then on the Recycle Bin.
When deleting, you always have to specify the reason for removal. For example, a current retraction of an unsubscription can be noted.
Removed blacklist entries will also be shown in a list when searching for them (and at the bottom of the Mail blacklist page, there is a special list of all removed blacklist entries). Again, a reason for the removal from the blacklist is mandatory, and this reason can be read in the listing.
Deleting a blacklist entry does not automatically result in the address receiving mails again. Check whether an opt-in exists. Only if the address has given an opt-in within the last few months will this be automatically restored when deleting the entry.
