Go to Reporting > Campaigns to find a list of all sent-out campaigns. When you move your cursor over a campaign, a three-dot menu will appear on the right. If you click copy to copy the entire campaign, a window will open where you can choose a new name. If you click copy, the campaign will then be listed at Delivery > Drafts.
Alternatively, in the details of a sent campaign in the Reporting section, click on the symbol with the two paper sheets on the upper right to copy the full campaign:
Choose a campaign name. This copy will also be listed at Delivery > Drafts.
You can also copy a campaign at Delivery > Drafts by clicking on this button.
If you want to use an email that has already been sent in a new draft, go to Reporting and choose the email that you want to send again. When you move your cursor over email, a three-dot menu will appear on the right. If you click copy, you can drop the email into the campaign under drafts.
With the yellow button on the lower right in Addresses → Lists, you can create a new mailing list of recipients. Click on “Create responder target group”. Now you may select the campaign and the message from which you want to contact the recipients, opens, clicks, or another group of responders.
The faster way to extract a new target group out of a delivered campaign is:
Choose the campaign from which you want to create a responder target group in the list of Reporting → Campaigns.
By clicking on one of the separated KPI boxes, a new graph appears below. On the upper right of the box around the graph, you will find the option to create a new target group. Here is an example with the indicator opens.
Please note that unsubscribed addresses and hard bounces will be filtered out of any target group. These addresses cannot be contacted again.
