How to search addresses?

Searching in the current client

With the menu item Addresses > Research you can search for a specific address or data set. The research allows you to use the search criteria Address data field, Tracking link and X-UID-HEADER.

Address data field:
A search using the data fields set up for the current client.

Tracking link:
Here a user can be searched for via a tracking URL. Expected format: http://domain.de/red.php?r=1234&lid=1170000&ln=1

X-UID-HEADER:
Here, a user can be searched for via the string of X-UID header from the head of an e-mail. Expected format: lttrd1170000d12345lttrd

Furthermore you can search for IDs or parts of data field contents. You will receive a list of all addresses which conform to the request.

Searching in all clients

If you work with more than one client you can also conduct a search through all of these clients. Here you can only search for an exact e-mail-address or customer id. Details about the found address can be viewed if you switch to the relevant sub-client.

View or edit a data set

Select the data set by clicking on the table row. Through the buttons on the right you can perform the following actions:

Edit Hier findet man unter den Reitern Allgemein, Identität, Adressse und Weitere die wichtigsten Daten wie Name, E-Mail-Adresse, Postadresse etc. Hier werden auch die Aktivitäts-Score-Werte sowie das Nutzerbild des Users angezeigt. Das Feature Aktivitätsscoring ist kein Standard und muss konfiguriert und freigeschaltet werden.
Unsubscribe Here you can manually add the user to the blacklist. This address will now not receive any massages from this client anymore.
Save data set as test user, Holiday lock, Change e-mail address Here you can add a record to the test delivery list. Furthermore you can enter a space of time in which no newsletters will be sent to this user, e.g. because of vacation. After the time is over the newsletter delivery will continue as normal. You may also change the e-mail address. Depending on the configuration a new double opt-in process starts, and a confirmation mail is sent to the old address.

You can only click on these tabs in the client in which the address is stored. This means if you want to see the details of search results of sub-clients you need to switch to the sub-client.

The feature Holiday lock / change e-mail address is not standard. It has to be setup and activated. If you are interested please contact our support team.

Information about the selected data set is available through different tabs:

Identity sheet data set overview
Opt-Ins Here you find information about the different opt-ins: E-Mail, App Push, SMS, WhatsApp, Post.
Newsletter Here it is visible to which of the currently available newsletter a user receives and which they did not subscribe to. Subscription and unsubscription can be managed in this tab.
Block lists An overview of all block lists in which a user is contained. Add them to or remove them from a block list here.
Mailing history The mailing history shows all campaigns / newsletters a certain user received.
Address generation Here is the information about the registration of the selected user (date, IP), in case the user entered the data base through an address generation.

Bounce-Details Dieses Feature ermöglicht es, sich den Bounce-Header anzusehen und den Grund des Bounces nachzuvollziehen. (z.B. Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 550 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable)

The tabs Opt-Ins and Bounce details only appear if you booked the equivalent feature. When interested please contact our support team.

If the feature Omnichannel is booked, you find a tile for each channel, that shows the respective channel address on the identity sheet of the record under Opt-Ins. .
