How can I log in to promio.connect?

Login

The person responsible for user administration in your company will provide you with an ID assigned to your company and your username for your promio.connect account.
If your new user account is created, a registration mail will be sent. By clicking the link, you can set a password with which you can log in. The link is valid for 24 hours.

By default, the links specified in the registration email and in the password reset email (Forgot your password?) are valid for 24 hours. However, the validity period can be set individually for a client. This can be done independently for registration and password reset links.

If a different validity period is required, please contact the promio.net support team.

  • Enter your personal user data here, the company ID, the user name, and the password you have chosen.
  • Confirm your entries with OK.
  • You are logged in.

Login via SSO (Single Sign-On) must be configured for a client and is not available by default. If you are interested, please contact our support team via a ticket.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is not available for SSO clients.

Log in with the two-factor authentication

If you have activated the two-factor authentication, you have to enter a random code before you can log in.

  • Enter your personal user data here, the company ID, the user name, and the password you have chosen.
  • Confirm your entries with OK.
  • On the next page the two-factor code is required.
  • Start the two-factor authentication application (e.g. andOTP, 2FAS Auth) on your smartphone and enter the shown ID for the record „promio.net GmbH“.
  • Confirm your entries with OK.
  • You are logged in.

Login via SSO (Single Sign-On)

Login via SSO (Single Sign-On) must be configured for the client and is not available by default. If you are interested, please contact our support team via a ticket.

Single Sign-On allows you to log in using just your email address. If a client has been configured for SSO by promio.net, all users of this client log in via SSO.

Select the button Login with SSO:

Now enter the email address that was created for you in your system for cross-organizational login to services via Single Sign-On (e.g. ADFS).

After entering the email address, a request is sent to the customer system. If you are logged in as a user in your customer system, you will be authenticated and then automatically logged in to promio.connect. If you are not logged in, you will first be asked to log in.

It is possible to set English as the default language for an entire client. All new users created in this client in the future will then automatically have the user language English.
