Templates save time and increase efficiency by standardizing recurring messages and reducing the effort required for manual writing. They also ensure consistency and professionalism in communication, as all emails have a uniform layout and structure.
In promio.connect, you can use master templates to create your messages and save templates that you have used in a campaign.
Under Content → Master templates, you can create new master templates and view the list of existing master templates.
You can create a new master template using the button at the bottom right.
Name your master template and choose between the following formats:
* HTML email 
* Text email 
* Voice 
* Web-push 
* App push 
* SMS 
* Print 
Now you can
* enter a source code 
* test the layout without saving 
* create a personalized preview 
* validate the structure 
* reset changes 
* save 
* save and exit the editing mask

If you create a campaign via Delivery → Drafts and set up a creative there, you can save it as a template:
When setting up a campaign, you create a message by selecting a master template and then a creative template.
