How to create a role?
Roles can be managed in the section Access control. Click on the button on the upper right 
to go there.
Here you create new roles as well as edit, copy or delete them.
To access this section of promio.connect the role Admin/Verwalter is needed!
What is a role in promio.connect?
A role is a collection of rights or permissions. You can create individual roles in your client, give them names and compile any wanted rights. This role can then be assigned to user accounts. Each account has a role. The roles can also be distributed to subordinate clients to be available there.
There are global default roles created by the system. These roles can not be deleted. The global rules are:
- Admin / Verwalter (Administrator)
- Adressen-Manager (Address Manager)
- Controller
- Manager
- Redakteur (Editor)
What is a right in promio.connect?
A right tells you whether a user can execute a certain action or not. An ‘action’ can also be the access to a complete section of promio.connect.
The following rights can be assigned:
