How do I create a role?
To access this section of promio.connect, the role Manage roles and rights is needed!
This right is included in the Admin/Verwalter role.
Where do I find roles?
Roles can be managed in the section Management. Access this via the button 
at the top left.
Choose item Access control. In this area you can create, change, copy, or delete roles.
What is a role in promio.connect?
Individual rights are bundled via a role and assigned to a user account. A role is a collection of different rights.
You can create individual roles in your client, give them names, and compile any wanted rights. This role can then be assigned to one or several user accounts. Each account has a role. The roles can also be distributed to subordinate clients to be available there.
There are global default roles created by the system. These roles cannot be deleted. The global roles are:
- Admin / Verwalter (Administrator)
- Adressen-Manager (Address manager)
- Controller
- Manager
- Redakteur (Editor)
What is a right in promio.connect?
A right tells you whether a user can execute a certain action or not. An ‘action’ can also be the access to a complete section of promio.connect.
Example:
The right Manage campaigns allows you to create and manage campaigns. This activates area Delivery » Drafts.
