This is an old revision of the document!
Open the queue of outgoing campaigns (Delivery > Queue).
There are three menue items:
Campaigns in the queue can be stopped by clicking Cancel delivery up to 5 minutes before start of delivery:
After a short while the campaign is not visible in the queue anymore but will be seen in the drafts. The assigned (static) target group that has been will receive the prefix “CANCEL_” and will be moved back to the address lists. The cancelation will be listed in the campaign’s logfile. [2019-07-04 17:04] delivery cancelled by xy / promio.net GmbH
Also running deliveries (only campaigns of type “default”) can be canceled or paused. This does not count for A/B tests and network campaigns.
The delivery of an auto campaign is managed dynamically via new registrations in the basis auto target group or the master data. There is no fix delivery time. For this reason you can`t find the campaign in the queue. An auto campaign can be deactivated. No new addresses will get into the workflow and a further delivery is not possible.
Go to Reporting and choose the auto campaign that you want to deactivate. Deactivate the campaign in the Details tab.
Tracking campaigns and network tracking campaigns are not delivered via promio.connect. The reporting is used for statistical purposes only. That is the reason why you can`t find these campaigns in the queue. They can`t be cancelled, but they can be deactivated.
Choose the campaign under reporting > campaigns. Click the button deactivate at the top right.
After deactivation the campaign will be seen in the drafts and can you can edit it again.
If you make changes in the creative after a deactivation, you should make the amended creative available to the sender. This is necassary if you have added or removed links, because the link number has changed! It is possible to change a link target without changing the creative on the part of the sender.
If you want to reactivate a campaign and the reporting already shows measured values, you should NOT reset the values (measured data checkbox: reset values) to keep the previous measurement values.
