How can I analyze more than one campaign?

With Views in promio-connect, you have an opportunity to analyze several campaigns at once or to compare them. Views are grouped campaigns, which are displayed in statistics.
Up to one hundred campaigns can be combined in this.

Below Reporting there is the menu item Views. With the floating action button at the bottom right you may create a new view.

A view can be configured with 5 different filters:

  • Last full week: All campaigns that were sent in the last full week (Monday to Sunday of last week). The current week is NOT included. Example: In 25th calendar week, the 24th calendar week is considered.
  • Last full month: All campaigns that were sent in the last full month. The current month is NOT included. Example: In January, December is considered.
  • Current week: All campaigns that were sent in the current week are included. Example: On Friday of the 25th calendar week is considered Monday to Friday in 25th calendar week
  • Current month: All campaigns that were sent in the current month are included. Example: In January, the period from 01.01. is considered until the current date.
  • User defined: All campaigns are considered, that were found by the set filter. You can set the filter when you confirm the form with 'OK'.

Views are generally dynamic: If another campaign with the same filter criteria gets delivered after the view was created, this campaign will be included into the view. This way you can create a view for all deliveries in June on June 1st. It will then be updated automatically.

When you use User defined views not only the time period is selectable but also parts oft he campaign name or code as well as the type of campaign, client, or newsletter. For example you may view all campaigns with the word „Newsletter“ in their name from 01.01.2020 until 01.03.2020.

Please note that the filter conditions do not contradict each other. When you select a certain time period in the first step and then choose “last week” in the next one you might find no campaigns at all.
