How do I use the e-commerce section?
The client needs a license for the feature e-commerce. If you are interested, please contact our support team via ticket.
The e-commerce section has its own dashboard. Here all orders, revenue, and the average order and cart value are graphically displayed. You may choose between different shops, and you can define a date range.
Below the tab Products, you will find a list of all available products, including sales and revenue for each one:
The tab Carts offers an overview of all current filled carts, their values, and their contents:
The are Orders gives you and overview over all orders including amount and revenues:
By clicking the three-dot menu on the right side of the Orders list, you can save the customers as a new target group. The target group will be listed at Addresses > Lists.
