How many emails have I sent?
Go to Reporting > Delivery Volume to see how many emails are sent in total.
Here, you will find the overview of the monthly delivery volumes – either only for the current client or summarized including all sub-clients.
These volumes are also the foundation for invoicing.
If you tick the checkbox “Include sent campaigns from subclients in the statistics”:
- sent campaigns are also counted by sub-clients (who are senders).
- the table for a selected month shows all campaigns grouped by sender client.
If you do not check the “Include sent campaigns from subclients in the statistics” checkbox:
- sent campaigns are only counted for the current client
- the table for a selected month shows the campaigns grouped by the various clients / clients (who do not have to be senders).
The checkbox is only visible if the current client has sub-clients who are senders.
The pie charts break down send volume by channel and campaign type.
By checking a month you receive a summary of the delivery volume ordered by companies and sub-clients.
