====== Can I change the URL replacement permanently? ======

If no other default settings have been defined, all links within a mailing are automatically replaced by tracking links. For some pages (e.g., unsubscribe), additional parameters are added for identification.

Sometimes it may be necessary to adjust the standard URL replacement, e.g., if a certain link should not be replaced by a tracking link at all, parameters should be passed on to a landing page, or the click on a certain link, e.g., unsubscribe or online version link, should not be included in the tracking. 

Simply contact our support team via a ticket. We will be happy to make the necessary adjustments, which you can then view under //Settings -> Link replacement// under one of the following tabs.

  * No replacement by tracking link
  * Forward parameters to landing page
  * No tracking
