Why were unsubscribes shown in delivery statistic and mailing history, despite a deactivation?
The addresses were shown in the statistic, because it is a statistic target group. Statistic target groups should not be used for delivery again and again. Therefore there is a solution of the auto target group or the customer cleans statistic addresses, before doing a selection again.
In summary: An “unsubscribe=1” is definitely not receiving mails, but is shown in the statistic, because of the statistic target group.
