The number of campaigns sent of the past 7 days excluding today is displayed.

==== Recipients ====
The sum of recipients from the campaigns from the past 7 days is displayed.

==== Opens ====
The openings in campaigns of the past 7 days are displayed.

==== Clicks ====
The clicks in campaigns of the past 7 days are displayed.

==== Conversion ====
Conversion in campaigns of the past 7 days is displayed. However, the conversion is only displayed if you use tracking pixels or redirect cookies to measure the conversion.

The number of messages of the past 7 days excluding today is displayed.

==== Hardbounces ====
The number of hard bounces in campaigns in the past 7 days is displayed.

==== Softbounces ==== 
Shows the number of softbounces in campaigns of the past 7 days.

==== Complaints ==== 
Displays the number of complaints in campaigns of the past 7 days.

==== Unsubscribes ==== 
Shows the number of unsubscribes in campaigns of the past 7 days.  

===== Problems and anomalies ===== 
Here you will find information on problems or anomalies, such as 
  * Indication of BOT clickers: Display occurs if the mailing has more than 100 clicks, a user clicks 20 times or more and the clicks occur within a period of 10s
  * The unsubscriber rate is too high (>1%)
  * The hardbounce rate is too high (>1%)
  * The softbounce rate is above average (>15%)
  * The error rate in delivery process (recipient address is invalid, spam trap, ...) is unusually high (>1%)

The timeline of single KPIs in campaigns of the past 7 days is displayed. You can select individual KPIs via the drop-down menu:

===== Last campaigns sent ===== 
The table shows the last ten campaigns sent. Excluded are auto and transactional campaigns. By clicking on a campaign, you can navigate directly to the reporting for this campaign.
