====== What is a list help? ====== By default, the header of an email sent via promio.connect always contains a list unsubscribe link that allows you to unsubscribe. This is required by the CSA. The CSA allows the use of a list to help with justified exceptions. There are emails that are sent and cannot be turned off because they contain essential transactional information that is essential for processing and documenting orders, especially in the food industry, as well as for fulfilling legal and business obligations. The relevant content of these emails includes: * Order confirmations: Proof of the successful placement of an order, which is necessary for transparency and a smooth process. * Invoices or payment confirmations: Documents with tax and legal relevance that confirm the purchase of the products. * Notifications of delivery dates: Important information about the planned delivery of the order, which is essential for coordination. * Registration confirmations: Confirmations when setting up a customer account that are required for access and management of orders. It is not possible to deactivate such emails, as this form of communication forms the basis for the proper performance of the service. They ensure transparency and security in the customer relationship as well as compliance with legal requirements (e.g., proof obligations in distance selling according to Section 312d of the German Civil Code). Do you have a use case for a list help? Feel free to contact our support team via a ticket. {{tag>unsubscribe list_help system_unsubscribe_page transaction_emails blacklist}}
