How to use a Temporary Blocking List?
Temporary blocking lists are used to exclude specific e-mail addresses from dispatches for a certain period of time.
You can set them up under Extras → Temporary blacklists. They can be imported by drag&drop as single-column txt or csv files.
You can also use the wildcard character * to create a blocking list of selected words.
Example:
- *tiredealership*@*
- *@*tiredealership*
- *car*@*
- *@*car*
You can select these blocking lists and exclude them from dispatch via the exclusion filter in the target group selection under campaigns → drafts.
