====== How do I use a temporary blacklist? ====== Temporary blacklists are used to exclude specific e-mail addresses and/or domains from deliveries. The block does not apply generally but only to the message associated with the blocking list. ===== Create a temporary blacklist ===== - Create a single-column txt or csv file and save it in ANSI/ASCII format. The file can contain both e-mail addresses and domains. \\ \\ The following example excludes all addresses belonging to the domains web.de and gmx as well as two specific ones: max.mustermann@yahoo.de \\ testkunde@testdomain.com \\ web.de \\ gmx.de Note that the wildcard sign (*) is not allowed in temporary blacklists. - At Addresses > Lists > Temporary blacklists the file can be uploaded as a temporary blocking list.\\ \\ {{:en:addresses_lists_temporary_blacklists_1.png?nolink&800|}}\\ By the button on the bottom right, you will be led to the upload menu in which you select the temporary blacklist data file, upload it, and name it. \\ {{:en:addresses_lists_temporary_blacklist_type.png?nolink&400|}}\\ \\ When the feature is activated for your client, you may also upload encoded files. If interested, please contact our support team via ticket. ===== Exclusion from delivery ===== At the place where you assign a target group to your message in //Delivery -> Drafts//, you can add the temporary blacklists as an exclude filter. Contained addresses will be excluded from the dispatch. {{:en:addresses_lists_temporary_blacklists_3.png?nolink&600|}} In the details of the blacklist at //Addresses > Lists > Temporary blacklists//, you can see which creatives in the draft mode are assigned to this list. Temporary blocking lists are available for the campaign types Default and Network Master-Campaign. {{tag>temporary_blacklists matching exclude_filter }}
