====== How do I reactivate an auto campaign? ====== Auto campaigns with an ongoing workflow can be reactivated. Choose your campaign in the //Reporting// table. Move to the tab //Details// and click //Reactivate//: {{:en:reporting_autocampaign_reactivate.png?}} Now follow these steps: ====== Disclaimer ===== The disclaimer shows you when the campaign was last active. Since reactivating this auto-campaign initiates an automatic process, it is important to ensure that the campaign configuration matches the desired campaign goal and that only opt-in addresses are contacted. Our support team will be happy to assist you via the Service Center in checking whether the campaign is set up correctly. ===== Workflow Reset ===== By activating the //Remove addresses// checkbox, you delete all workflow data from the last active campaign. All users added before deactivation will be removed from the campaign. Information about whether a user has already completed the campaign once will also be reset. This makes it possible to run the campaign again. Email statistics remain unchanged. If the campaign structure changes, a reset is mandatory. By activating the //Remain addresses// checkbox, addresses that are still in the workflow since the campaign was deactivated will IMMEDIATELY run through all missed workflow actions one after the other. The entry condition in the start node remains valid for the addresses currently included in the workflow. ===== Post-processing ===== You can post-process addresses that were not included in the auto-campaign during deactivation. Select a start time from the dropdown menu that determines the entry date from which addresses should be subsequently added to the campaign. Post-processing does not reset the campaign state, so the data contained before deactivation is subsequently processed. The number of recipients to be post-processed shows you how many addresses will be immediately added to the campaign after activation. To not add any addresses subsequently, select //no postprocessing//. ===== Check ===== Check again to ensure that all reactivation settings are correct and that the specified address quantities make sense. * Campaign name * Auto-campaign activity period * Target group * Workflow reset settings * Post-processing settings If you want to reactivate an auto-campaign that was deactivated for a long time, please note that addresses that were originally planned for sending before deactivation are included in the post-processing. If several emails are included in the workflow, the corresponding user would receive all emails at once! * It is therefore advisable to first reset an auto campaign if it has been paused for a very long time, thereby deleting the outdated data. * In the second step, post-processing of data can then be set by deactivation and reactivation, but this then runs through the entire campaign again from the beginning. {{tag>auto_campaigns reactivate workflows postprocessing reset }}
