The addresses which are currently on the blacklist can be downloaded as a csv file. Go to Addresses > Lists > E-Mail Blacklist
to start exporting by clicking the button on the bottom right:

This creates a csv file containing the e-mail addresses, as well as the date the addresses were entered on the blacklist, in separate columns.
