Is it possible to export a target group into a different client?

Yes, this is possible. This action is useful, for example, if a mailing is set up in two different clients and both target groups must be reconciled with each other.

Target groups can therefore be made available in another client. Yet, no addresses are transferred, but a target group is created based on duplicates.

Please go to Addresses → Lists and choose a target group. Now choose the action Match with another client.

After starting the action, the target client can be selected in the client structure tree, which opens in a new window.

Then an export job gets started. As soon as it is completed (tracing is possible at Settings > Job queue), the target group will be available in the target-group administration of the selected target client.
