Target groups can be exported for external purposes. Address data are exported in csv format. The formatting, range and target of the export can be selected. To export an existing target group, proceed in the target group management. Click Export Target Group in the line of the target groups:

Before the export, various settings can be made here:

• The formatting of the data is set under Parameters: the delimiters between the individual data fields/columns, the field limiters (at the start and end of every field/column), the insertion of column headings and the character set of the exported file. Furthermore, you can define whether the information on the subscribed newsletter is to be incorporated into the export file.
• Under Folder, define the FTP folder into which the exported address file is written.
• Under Fields, you can select which fields/columns of the address data are to be exported. A preselection, e.g. the mail data, can also be made here. It is also possible to select the columns directly and individually in the header row of the preview.
