====== How do I export a target group? ======

At //Addresses > Lists// target groups can be exported for external purposes. The export will be provided in CSV format. The formatting and range of the export can be selected. Click on the target group you want to export:

The export symbol opens a menu with various settings:

Here you define the formatting of the data: the delimiter between separate data fields and columns, field enclosures (at the beginning and end of each field/column), and whether the column names in the first line are included or not. You can also decide which fields or columns are to be exported.


The following fields can be chosen:
  * Customer ID
  * Customer ID and mail address
  * Post Address
  * All
  * Custom


Custom allows you to select and combine any fields.

If you now click on //Export//, the export will run in the background. You will receive a message. 

As soon as the export is complete, you will find the file in the top left-hand corner of the //Download Centre// under //Management -> Account//.

The files are stored on your client's SFTP in the /download/manual folder and can also be accessed by clicking on the line in the download center.
