At Addresses → Lists you will find a listing of all available target groups.
Target groups which are marked with this symbol are auto target groups.
With the button on the lower right you have these options:
Create auto target group: | Create and name a new auto(matic) target group. |
Create responder target group: | Create a new target group from an already distributed campaign. For example you can save the recipients, opens and clicks as new target groups. |
Create target group by file: |
This means that there is no new import of data, but only a comparison with existing data. The hits will be part of a new target group. |
Import addresses: | Upload new addresses directly from you PC or from an SFTP server. |

When you click on a target group to enter the detail view the following options are available:
Edit: | Edit the target group’s name or write protect it. |
Export: | Download the target group. |
Delete: | Delete the target group; this is not possible for auto target groups! |
Add to auto target group: | Add this target group to a selected auto target group to combine them. |
Clean up: | Clean up the target group from hardbounces, softbounces, quarantined addresses or unsubscribes. |
Filtern: | Selecting a filter that you want to apply to the current target group. This creates a filtered copy of the current target group. |
Split: | Divide the current target group into several parts. The distribution of the recipients happens randomly. Select the number of sub-target groups to be created. Decide whether the target group should be automatically divided into equal parts or whether you need an individual limit. |
Match with another client: | This function allows the export of a target group into another client. By doing this no new addresses will be added to the second client, but the a target group of found matches will be created, based on e-mail address. |
