If you click on a target group to access the target group details, the following options are available to you:

==== Edit ====
Edit the target group’s name or write protect it.

==== Delete ====
Delete the target group; this is not possible for auto target groups! Details in article //"[[en:delete_target_group]]"//.

==== Add ====
Adding addresses by filtering. Search for addresses using the fields email address, customer number, first name, last name, ID. Details can be found in the article //"[[en:add_addresses_via_filter]]"//.

==== Export ====
Download the target group. Details in article //"[[en:how_to_export_a_targetgroup]]"//.

==== Add to auto target group ====
Add this target group to a selected auto target group to combine them. Details in article //"[[en:add_to_auto_targetgroup]]"//.

==== Clean up ====
Clean up the target group from softbounces, quarantined addresses, unsubscribes or selected target groups. 

==== Filter ====
Selecting a filter that you want to apply to the current target group. This creates a filtered copy of the current target group.

==== Split ====
Divide the current target group into several parts. The distribution of the recipients happens randomly. Select the number of sub-target groups to be created. Decide whether the target group should be automatically divided into equal parts or whether you need an individual limit.

==== Match with another client ====
This function allows the export of a target group into another client. By doing this no new addresses will be added to the second client, but the a target group of found matches will be created, based on e-mail address. ==== Information about the auto target group ====

Here you can see how many records your list contains, whether it is read-only or whether it is an auto-target group. You will also find the audit timeline, the channel distribution, the ddress inventory, the log file and a list of addresses.

=== Audit timeline ===

In this chart you can analyze the history of added and removed addresses. In the upper part of the chart you can choose between the specified time periods. Below the chart you can set any time period by adjusting the markers.

=== Channel distribution ===

This display only appears in clients that are configured for omnichannel and shows the distribution of addresses across the individual channels email, SMS, app push, web push and print.
Please note that although the values ​​are percentages, the total can exceed 100% because, for example, a user can be reached via both the email channel and the WhatsApp channel.

=== Address inventory ===

This line diagram shows the development of the address database within your target group. In the upper part of the chart you can choose between the specified time periods. Below the chart you can set any time period by adjusting the markers.

=== Log file ===

The log file shows you how, in what quantity and when addresses were added to the target group. When importing, you will be shown the respective details of the import, e.g. how many addresses were available for import, how many addresses were filtered out due to syntax checks, negative list entries or domain blacklist entries and how many addresses were actually recognized as new.

==== Search within the auto target group ====

The target group search enables you to search for exact email addresses, customer numbers, first names, last names or IDs or optionally for included parts, e.g. @web.de.

The search results can be removed from the target group by checking the box.
