====== How do I create a template? ======

Templates save time and increase efficiency by standardizing recurring messages and reducing the effort required for manual writing. They also ensure consistency and professionalism in communication, as all emails have a uniform layout and structure.

In promio.connect, you can use master templates to create your messages and save templates that you have used in a campaign.

===== Master templates =====

Under //Content -> Master templates//, you can create new master templates and view the list of existing master templates.

You can create a new master template using the button at the bottom right.

Name your master template and choose between the following formats:

* HTML email \\
* Text email \\
* Voice \\
* Web-push \\
* App push \\
* SMS \\
* Print \\

Now you can

* enter a source code \\
* test the layout without saving \\
* create a personalized preview \\
* validate the structure \\
* reset changes \\
* save \\
* save and exit the editing mask \\

If you create a campaign via //Delivery -> Drafts// and set up a creative there, you can save it as a template:

When setting up a campaign, you create a message by selecting a master template and then a creative template.
