How to copy a campaign or message?
Copy campaign
You can easily copy a campaign when going to Reporting > Campaigns.
On the right side, next to the campaign’s name a three dots menu will appear through the mouseover effect.
When it’s shown click copy.
A campaign can also be copied in the campaign details view. The copy symbol can be found on the upper right. The symbol is also available in draft state campaigns.
The copied campaign will be listed under Delivery > Drafts.
Exception: The type auto campaign
Copy message
When you select a campaign from the list you come to the reporting of the campaign. The summary lists all messages of the campaign. On the right side of each message you find the Copy message option which appears through mouseover effect. When you click on the three dots on the right side of the Total row you can copy the entire campaign.
