Prior to dispatch, you should check the e-mail, taking into account layout, links, the likelihood of being classified as spam, and so on. The following features are helpful:
The quality control feature can be found in the action box’s e-mail detail view:
When dispatching a campaign, you must confirm the quality control of all emails in the campaign as part of the dispatch process.
The way e-mails are displayed can vary greatly on different devices. The increasing use of smartphones and tablets makes it particularly worthwhile to test campaigns’ appearance on several terminal devices. The inbox preview allows you to preview your e-mail in more than 70 different clients at a single glance.
Launch an inbox preview from within the e-mail detail view in the preview box by selecting the tab inbox preview:
Then, click on the button new preview. Creating a new inbox preview may take a few minutes.
Once the inbox preview has loaded, click on the individual clients for a more detailed view of the e-mail’s presentation:
You can generate three such previews per month as a standard feature. Should you be interested in an unlimited use of inbox preview, simply contact us via the Service Center.
Every inbox preview automatically triggers a spam filter test (and vice versa). View the spam filter test from within the email detail view in the preview box by selecting the tab spamfilter test.
As an alternative to the inbox preview, you can also send test e-mails and view them on a variety of different terminal devices. Click Testmailing in the campaign box’s email detail view in order to send test e-mails to a complete test mailing list and / or individual e-mail addresses that can be entered via the input field.
