====== How do I use the global search? ====== The global search function is only displayed if you have at least one of the required permissions: //Manage campaigns//, //Access address search//, //Edit target groups//, or //Access reportings//. If you don't see the magnifying glass icon, please contact an administrator to obtain the necessary permissions. Click on the magnifying glass icon in the top right corner of the breadcrumb bar to perform a full-text search for IDs or the names of campaigns, messages, target groups or recipients. Relevant results are displayed quickly, significantly reducing navigation effort and search time. {{:en:global_search.png?nolink&300|}} \\ The search results are clearly displayed in four tabs: //Campaigns//, //Messages//, //Target Groups// and //Recipients//. You can also open this dialogue using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + F!
