====== What is the difference between open and open unique? ======

 „Open“ is the number of openings from a sent email altogether. 

 „Open unique“ is the number of recipients who have opened the email. (How many different recipients opened the e-mail?) 

 If Person A is opening the email 5 times, there are 5 "opens" counted, but only 1 "open unique".
