Every change in newsletter subscriptions (additions and losses) of all newsletters are exported.

  * newsletterId [int]: ID of newsletter
  * ts [datetime]: timestamp of addition/loss (YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS)
  * userId [int]: ID of user (promio internal, unique)
  * status [int, -1|1]:  \\ 1: addition\\ -1: loss
