====== Automatic export: Type 'Campaigns' ======

Campaign data is exported that were delivered. 

As auto campaigns exist that use one e-mail ID several times for a longer period of time or several times a day (e.g. birthday mailings), the only unique ID is sendQueue-ID.

  * send_datetime [datetime]: timestamp of delivery (YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS)
