====== How do I monitor my campaign goals with the Controlling feature? ====== At the menu point //Reporting > Controlling// you can automatically let your goals for one or more campaigns be monitored. Define your campaign goals, e.g., reaching a certain click or open rate, or a maximum rate for bounces or unsubscribes. Via the button on the bottom right you can set your goals like this: * //Select evaluation basis//: Choose whether you want to control a single campaign or a group of them. * //Configure filter//: If you chose to monitor a group of campaigns, define the characteristics by which the group is compiled. (campaign name, campaign type, client, newsletter, campaign code) \\ {{:en:controlling_target_definition.png?nolink&600|}} \\ \\ * //Select campaign//: If you chose to monitor only one campaign, you can select it here. {{:en:controlling_target_definition2.png?nolink&600|}} * //Define goals//: Select your KPI goals (opens, clicks, unsubscribes, complaints, conversions, hard bounces, soft bounces, CTR) and a percentage rate for each KPI.
